The treatment

Keep the litter box in the right location that can be easily access without hassle but not close to their eating or sleeping place. Try to give your pet as much as private in the litter so they will feel safe and private. Sprinkle baking soda in the litter box in order to avoid bad odor. To keep the litter box smelling, mix a baby powder in with the litter. If you use chemical cleaners to clean the litter box, rinse all the litter box since most cats will stay away from the litter because of the cleaner smell. If you own more then one cat, keep a litter box per cat.
